Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00.

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from when we receive the order.  Shipping is available in the US only. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once the post service confirms delivery, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

For local orders we can set up payment and time and place for delivery.  Email me at Aline@groovygoatmilksoaps.com indicating which items you are interested in and we will  set up payment, pick up/delivery time and place.  

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
