Refund policy

Because our products are handmade and personal in nature, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations. 
If your products are damaged or defective in some way, please email us at Aline@groovygoatmilksoaps.com  with clear photos of the damage and your order number and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Because of the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns for "person preference" reasons.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
